Vaishali Hegde, Advocates) This petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the entire proceedings before the Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.) & JMFC, Malavalli, in C.C.No.83/2008 pursuant to filing the complaint in PCR No.2/2008 as per Annexure-B. This petition coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following: ORDER The learned counsel for petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal reading as hereunder: “The petitioner has filed the above petition for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.83/2008 on the file of the learned Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.) and JMFC., Malavalli and for other reliefs. During the pendency of the above petition the matter has been amicably settled between the parties whereupon the original complaint itself has been withdrawn on 1.4.20 10 by the respondent and therefore, the above petition does not survive for consideration. Wherefore, the petitioner prays that Hon’ble court be pleased to dismiss the above petition as settled out of court in the ends of justice.
