1. The Petitioner is before this court seeking for the following reliefs:
1. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction quashing the Impugned Tender Notification bearing Ref. No. CGH/GNL(3)/90/2025-26 dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure-D) issued by the 3rd Respondent.
2. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to re-advertise the tender for the maintenance of the tea and coffee counter at Chigateri District Hospital, Davangere, in strict compliance with Rule 9 of the KTPP Rules, 2000, by disclosing a complete and transparent calendar of events, including the financial bid opening date.
3. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to set fair and reasonable eligibility criteria and rent floor prices based on scientific valuation and current market rates to protect the public exchequer.
4. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity - 3 - NC: 2026:KHC:26950 WP No. 3310 of 2026 HC-KAR
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 1.06.2026 seeking leave to withdraw the above petition.
