1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs;
Call for the records and set-aside the impugned order dated 02.12.2020. in I.A.No.VI under order VII Rule 11(A) & (D) of CPC read with 151 of CPC in O.S.No.419/2019 before the Hon’ble Prl. Civil Judge and JMFC first class at Hosadurga and further be pleased to grant such other reliefs that may be granted in the circumstances of this case in the interest of justice and equity.
