#3. Perused the compromise petition, contents of which has been explained in the language known to the parties.

#4. Both the parties have accepted the terms of the compromise petition and have submitted that they have entered into this compromise out of their own free will and volition and there is no force or influence in entering compromise. Hence, compromise petition is lawful.

#5. Accordingly, appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise petition. The appellants have been handed over Demand Draft of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh only) each and accepted the same. Court fee if any, shall be returned to the respective parties, as per law.
