No UDD 240 MLR 2013, Bengaluru, dated 18-12-2013 vide ANNEXURE-D, by issuing a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or orders; prescribed guidelines To pass any other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances narrated above in the case. in the interest of justice and equity. favour of the Petitioner - 3 - NC: 2026:KHC:1012 WP No. 1985 of 2019 HC-KAR
