The matter pertains to the service dispute between the petitioners and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and, therefore, amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu Bench. Accordingly, this petition is transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu. Upon receipt, the Tribunal shall fix a date after putting learned counsel for the parties to notice.
