ORDER 22.03.2022 Mr. Bakshi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cases in hand are squarely covered by the order dated 01.02.2019 passed by a co- ordinate bench of this court in CP No.01/2017 titled Qaroon Private Limited v. Nemo and he seeks same order in his petitions. His statement is taken on record. Be that as it may, the prayer has been made to dissolve the Company in view of Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956 and further prayer to permit the Official Liquidator to retain the records of the Company (in liquidation) for a period of five years in terms of Section 550(2) of the Companies Act. Submissions made in the applications are accordingly allowed and the Company Unique Savings and Investment Co. Ltd. is directed to be wound up. Let the information be sent to the Registrar of Companies, Jammu. CP Nos.4/2017 and 3/2017 stand disposed of.
