Operative part

CORAM: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE R.M.CHHAYA Date : 19/09/2018 COMMON ORAL ORDER Though called out thrice, none appears for any of the petitioners. Mr. Pavan Godiawala, learned advocate for the respondent is present. In opinion of this Court, none of the petitioners are interested in any of the matters as the matters are pending since long without any orders. In facts of this case therefore, now it is not a fit case for exercise of discretion under Sections 433 and/or 434 of the Companies Act, 1956 that too, after a long lapse of almost 20 years. Hence, the petitions are dismissed. Liberty to revive in case of difficulty. MAULIK R. PANDYA
