JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER Twin prayers have been made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, first for directing the respondent No. 2 to 5 to protect the life of the petitioner from the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 or any other official of the Police Station, Bus Stand, Jammu and second for directing respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to register FIR against the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 and staff posted under him under the relevant provisions of law. So far as first prayer is concerned, petitioner shall approach the respondent No. 4 for redressal of her grievances. In the event, the grievances of the petitioner are found genuine, the respondent No. 4 shall ensure protection to the petitioner. So far as the second prayer is concerned, the petitioner is well within her right to approach the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate, under Section 156(3) Cr. P. C. for registration of FIR.
