ORDER 23.08.2022 There has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last three consecutive dates of hearing. Same is the position today as well, which shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the matter any further. Accordingly, the instant contempt petition along with all CMs is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
