JUSTICE ALI MOHAMMAD MAGREY, JUDGE ORDER 01.06.2022 As per the policy notified by the Government in terms of the Govt. Order No. 127-FCS&CA of 2016, the applicant was required to be within the age group of 18 to 37 years for purpose of allotment of Fair Price Shop in his favour, but the age of petitioner was 39 years 6 months and 2 days. Mr. Sheikh Feroz, Dy. AG has invited the attention of the Court to the rejection of the claim of the petitioner made interms of order dated
29.09.2018, which the petitioner has not challenged. However, notwithstanding the challenge of the said rejection order, the petitioner is already seeking quashment of the approval granted in favour of the respondent No. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record. Since the petitioner is not found entitled as pr the order impugned with respect to requirement of eligibility for Fair Price Shop. Therefore, the instant petition has no merit and same is dismissed.
