JUSTICE M.A. CHOWDHARY, JUDGE O R D E R 05.12.2024 Mr. Mohsin Qadiri, learned Sr. AAG, produced a copy of the communication from the then Superintendent of Police, City East Zone, Srinagar, addressed to him. The communication indicates that at the time of filing of the instant appeal, further investigation into FIR No. 51/2018, registered with Police Station, Kothibagh was going on. Subsequently, upon receipt of FSL opinions and other evidences, the investigation of instant case was concluded on 15.04.2022 as recorded in Case Diary No. 27 dated
15.04.2022. It has further been reported that the accused, Sofi Mohammad Akbar, was not found involved in the case. A copy of the aforementioned communication is taken on record. In light of above, the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as such. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
