This criminal revision petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 05.09.2023 passed in M.C.A No.1512 of 2023 by learned Special Judge (NDPS) Jamshedpur whereby the discharge application filed by the petitioner was rejected in connection with Sidhghora P.S. Case No. 163 of 2020 dated 17.11.2020.
