The learned counsel for the parties are present. This petition has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 1438 of 2023 which stood dismissed on account of non-removal of order dated 22.06.2024. The learned counsel submits that due to inadvertence the defects could not be removed. He submits that the revision be restored and he undertakes to remove the surviving defects. 3.
The learned counsel for the State has no serious objection. Considering the aforesaid submission, the time for removal of defect in Criminal Revision No. 1438 of 2023 granted vide order dated 22.06.2024 is extended till 06th December, 2024.
If the defects are removed within the extended period place criminal revision before the appropriate bench as per roster.
The Cr.M.P. No. 3102 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of. Rakesh/- (Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J.)
