CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ------ ----- For Petitioner : Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate For the State : Ms. Vandana Bharti, A.P.P --- The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good. 03/12.01.2022 Heard the parties. Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021, registered under Sections 323, 341, 307, 325 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. It is alleged that petitioner went to the house of the informant and entered into altercation with him, as to why he has cultivated Bodi and Kachhu crop. It is alleged that petitioner gave an ex-blow on his head the informant due to which he sustained two injuries. It was submitted that the injuries were simple in nature. This fact has been conceded by learned counsel for the State. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga, in connection with Senha P.S.
