In course of hearing, it has been informed on behalf of the parties that the suit being Title Suit No.121/2004 has already been decided. This Court, therefore, is of the view that since the order dated
15.12.2012 passed in Title Suit No.121/2004 having been decided and as such, nothing remains to be decided in this case. In view thereof, this writ petition is rendered to be infructuous and accordingly, disposed of In consequence thereof, I.A.No.272 of 2019 also stands disposed of. Rohit/- (Sujit Narayan Prasad, J.)
