Mr. Abhijeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some argument, on instruction of the petitioner, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum by invoking the jurisdiction conferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for redressal of his grievance.
There is no opposition by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party-State.
Accordingly, the instant contempt case is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
Accordingly, the instant contempt case stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty. 1
This Court has not entered into the merit of the issue and the withdrawal will not prejudice in any way the consideration of the grievance by the appropriate forum.
