10.06.2022 in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.952 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 364, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 17(1)(2) of Criminal Law Amendment Act pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case and no incriminating article has been recovered from him. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that matter involves abduction for murder and this petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and has criminal antecedent and is involved in ten cases of serious nature. Considering the gravity of offence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected. Anit (Gautam Kumar Choudhary, J.)
