Chanda Kumari --------- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE D.N. UPADHYAY --------- …… Respondent 06/ 08.05.2014 This appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed in Matrimonial Suit No.10 of 2003 / 04 of 2003 which was instituted under Section 13(1)(1-a) and 13(1)(Ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. It appears that this case has wrongly been listed before this Bench. In view of the judgment of this Hon'ble Court reported in (2008) 4 JLJR 277 (Vinod Kumar Mishra Vs. Mamta Devi) the appeals arising out of judgment and decree passed by district courts under Hindu Marriage Act shall be heard and disposed of by the Division Bench and the Hon'ble Bench has also directed the Registry to place the matter before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for suitable amendment in Rule 34 of the High Court of Jharkhand Rules, 2001. In that view of the matter, list this matter before the Division Bench. NKC (D. N. Upadhyay, J.)
