CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For Petitioner : Mr. A. K. Chaturvedy, Advocate For the State : Mr. M. K. Mishra, A.P.P --- The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good. 03/24.01.2022 Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 97/2021, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. Case diary earlier called for has been received, perused the same and heard the parties. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons shot the husband of the informant. From the perusal of the case diary it appears that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S.
