The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Renu Devi, who died in her matrimonial home after ten years of marriage. It was submitted that the cause of death of the deceased has not been ascertained. It was further submitted that the informant has filed an application before the learned Trial Court, stating therein that due to misunderstanding, she has lodged this case. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra, in connection with Pratappur P.S.
