: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR CHOUDHARY ------ For the Petitioner For the State : None : None ------ Order No.10 Dated- 20/02/2025 No one turns up on behalf of either of the parties. Apprehending his arrest in connection with Bank More (Bhuli OP) P.S. Case No.260 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No.87 of 2024 instituted under Sections 25(I-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail. It has been averred in the petition of the instant anticipatory bail application that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with the co-accused persons were going to sell a fire arm but police apprehended the co-accused person. It is further averred that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next averred that the petitioner is a juvenile aged about 16 years. It is further averred that the petitioner has been implicated in this case only on the basis of the statement of the co-accused Anuj Sharma. It is further averred in para-11 of the instant bail application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is also averred that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any terms and conditions imposed upon him by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant privileges of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within six weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrendering, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Bank More (Bhuli OP) P.S. Case No.260 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No.87 of 2024 with the condition that he will co- operate with the investigation of the case and appear before the investigating officer as and when noticed by him and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the pendency of the case and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
