This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioners with a prayer for modification of the order dated 09.04.2021, passed in A.B.A. No. 1688 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not press the prayer for modification of the order dated 09.04.2021, passed in A.B.A. No. 1688 of 2021 in respect of petitioner nos.3 and 4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is rejected as not pressed in respect of the petitioner nos.3 and 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner nos.1 and 2 that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 were directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks but due to paucity of money and Covid-19 Pandemic, they could not surrender within the stipulated time. It is next submitted that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 have collected money and have deposited Rs.30,000/- as cash security, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure-2 of the supplementary affidavit. Hence, it is submitted that time to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated
09.04.2021, passed in A.B.A. No. 1688 of 2021 be extended for six weeks from the date of this order. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner nos.1 and 2, the prayer for extension of time for the petitioner nos.1 and 2 to surrender in the court below in terms of the order dated
