This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioners with a prayer for modification of the order dated 20.01.2020, passed in A.B.A No. 9404 of 2019 and the time to surrender in terms of the said order was also extended by four weeks by modifying the said order vide order dated 19.02.2021, passed in Cr.M.P. No. 81 of 2021. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that vide order dated 20.01.2020, passed in A.B.A No. 9404 of 2019 the petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks but due to paucity of money, they could not surrender within the stipulated time. It is next submitted by the petitioners, drawing attention of this Court to annexure –A & B series at page nos. 7 -19 of the brief which are the copies of the receipt, that the petitioners have already deposited total amount of Rs.8,58,50,000/- with the Bank of India, Telco Branch, Jamshedpur in terms of the order dated 20.01.2020, passed in A.B.A No. 9404 of

2019. Hence, it is submitted that time to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 20.01.2020, passed in A.B.A No. 9404 of 2019 be extended for six weeks from the date of this order. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the prayer for extension of time for the petitioners to surrender in the court below in terms of the order dated

20.01.2020, passed in A.B.A No. 9404 of 2019 is allowed. Hence, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below “within six weeks from the date of this order in terms of the order dated

20.01.2020, passed in A.B.A No. 9404 of 2019”. The order dated 20.01.2020, passed in A.B.A No. 9404 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. Sonu-Gunjan/ (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.)
