Mukhopadhyay, Advocate Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, Advocate : None Order No.4/Dated: 15th March 2024 This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking restoration of Second Appeal No.59 of 2002 which was dismissed in default on 24th January 2014; this petition was filed on 15th April 2017.
In the last five years, the petitioners have not cared to file an application under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963. Mr. P.K. Mukhopadhyay, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the limitation petition vide I.A No. 2878 of 2024 was filed last evening.
