Petitioners above-named who are in custody since 29.08.2022 have moved this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No.283 of 2022 (POCSO Case No.112 of 2022) registered under Sections 363/ 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 12 of POCSO Act. Heard the parties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. It is further submitted that the matter involves love and affair and both are living together. It is submitted that statement of the girl under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has also been recorded, but nothing has been alleged against them. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer. Considering the submissions of learned counsel and the fact as discussed above, the bail application is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner named above shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
