Judgment

----- CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR ----- For the Petitioner For the State : : Mr. S. K. Upadhyay, Advocate Mr. Shishir Suman, A.C. to A.A.G.IV Order No.09 Date: 09.08.2023 -----

1.

The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to take final decision for registration of the petitioner-trust under Section 51 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (hereinafter to be referred as ‘the Act, 2016’), as it has already submitted all necessary documents along with the application, but no final decision has been taken on the same. In course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently the petitioner has been granted registration under the provisions of the Act, 2016. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the present matter. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
