For the respondents : Mr. Baldev Singh Negi, Additional Advocate General. Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 5066 of 2026, on 21.04.2026.
#2. On 05.08.2026, the learned Additional Advocate General was directed to obtain current instructions in the matter. Today, he has placed on record a copy of the office order dated 05.08.2026, whereby the representation of the present petitioner has been decided and it has been ordered that the Principal of the concerned school is directed to fix the pay of the present petitioner for the period he served on a contract basis at the minimum of the revised pay band plus grade pay Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- along with such hike to which he is entitled in terms of the revised notification of 01.01.2016 till his regularisation as per the orders of this Court.
