Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court dated 07.04.2026 passed in CWP No. 4659 of 2026.
#2. This matter was listed before this Court on 21.07.2026 and 22.07.2026, when learned Additional Advocate General sought time to have the instructions in the matter.
#3. Today, he has placed on record copy of the office order as passed by the Director, whereby the representation as filed by the present petitioner has been rejected. Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2-
#4. Faced with the situation, the learned vice counsel for the petitioner submits that she will assail the said order before the competent Court of law. Therefore, the present petition can be closed.
