The petitioner is the 4th defendant in the suit and the 1st respondent is the plaintiff. The suit has been filed by the 1st respondent/plaintiff seeking partition. According to the petitioner, even though arguments are heard by the Presiding Officer as early as in the month of February, 2026 itself, till date, judgment has not been pronounced.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also drew the attention of this Court to the record of the proceedings of the Sub Court, Harur and would point out that right from February, 2026, the suit has been adjourned only for pronouncement of judgment.5. This Court is also satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court will have to necessarily direct the trial court to pronounce the judgment, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3357 of 2026____________Page No.3 of 46.
