Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned order was misplaced by the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the same and therefore, a photo copy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 6 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows: '6. I further submit that, I have been served with original impugned order by the second respondent. Due to panic situation I have misplaced the same at somewhere.
