After arguing for some time and after inviting our attention to the F.I.R., when we expressed our disinclination to grant the reliefs in this Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Petition, at this stage. He seeks liberty to prefer appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if and when the charge-sheet is filed.
