In the above application, the earlier Sole Arbitrator Mr. J.B. Fadia has withdrew from arbitration on 1.8.2006. By this application the applicant is seeking appointment of Arbitrator under section 11 read with 15(2) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Now, both the parties are agreeable for appointment of Sh. P. Ravindranathan, 207, S.MR Heritage, 3rd Cross, New Tippasandra, Main Road, Bangalore, as Sole Arbitrator to decide all the disputes between the parties. In view thereof, Sh. P. Ravindranathan is appointed as Sole Arbitrator to decide all the disputes between the parties. Application stands disposed of. ef. DR. S. RADHAKRISHNAN, J.
