The main grievance in this petition was that the Collector had transferred the proceedings of three cases without hearing two of the parties. All the parties are present before the court. They, through their respective Counsel, agree that all the three tenancy cases be transferred to Joint Mamlatdar II, Tiswadi by name Roshel Fernandes. Let the proceedings of the said three tenancy cases namely 120/97, 9/99 and 1/03 be made over to the said Mamlatdar to be decided by her, in accordance with law. Parties to appear before the said Mamlatdar on Monday, 29/03/2010 at 10.00 a.m. Petition
