Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The validity of the notices dated

15.9.2006 issued under Section 289(1) of the City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948 as well as notice dated 27.9.2006 issued under Section 423 of the same Act is involved in the present writ petition. Respondent No.7 is the Co- 2 operative Society whereas Respondent no.8 is the Developer. They are not concerned with the status of the petitioners because the matter is between the Corporation and the Petitioners. The application moved by respondent nos. 7 and 8 is misconceived. The same is, therefore, dismissed. S.O. to 5.3.2008. JUDGE JUDGE
