In view of judgment and order dated 24.08.2011 in Writ Petition No. 3389/2011 and other similar petitions, we consider it appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach Divisional Commissioner, Amravati for a decision in respect of his transfer. The Divisional Commissioner, Amravati may decide the matter within thirty days from the date of appearance of the parties before him. If the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati finds any irregularity or illegality, he should rectify the same and, if necessary, by restoring the petitioner to her former position.
