Judgment

Mr. Amit A. Yadkikar, Advocate for the Applicants. Mr. R.L. Kute, Advocate h/f. Mr. V.R. Dhorde, Advocate for respondent nos.1 and 2. ..... ..... CORAM DATED : R.M. BORDE, J. : 26TH JUNE, 2012 PER COURT:

1.

By an order dated 13.6.2012, while disposing of Writ Petition no.4680 of 2012, directions were issued to the District Judge-2, Kopargaon to decide Misc. Civil Appeal no.25 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of passing of the order.

2.

It is now informed that District Judge-2, Kopargaon is not available, since transferred. In these circumstances, it would be in the fitness of things to direct the Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar to take up Misc. Civil Appeal no.25 of 2012 and decide the same expeditiously. Civil Appeal no.25 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month from today.
