Heard learned Advocate Mr. Patil for the applicants. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent No.1 State andlearned Advocate Mr. Sangle waives service for respondentNo.2.

The applicants have preferred first appeals againstthe judgment and order/ award dated 16/12/2011, passed bythe Reference Court. Since there is delay of 06 days in filingeach appeal, these applications are preferred for condonationof delay. The applicants have stated the reasons for the delayin paragraph No.5 of the applications, which are as follows :-

The applicants say that, they have forwarded thenecessary documents to the Advocate within timebut due to some family function of the Advocateand thereafter because of the death of the uncle ofthe Advocate on 28/05/2012, it was not possiblefor the Advocate to file the appeal within theprescribed time of limitation.
