Writ petition stands disposed of.”2.It is submitted by learned Advocate for thepetitioner that, the claim of the petitioner was considered andrejected on 2/1/2023.3.There is no dispute that the petitioner has remedybefore the appropriate forum to challenge the order by whichhis claim has been turned down.
