HARDAS, J.) fmp/ca8816.10 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY APPELLATE SIDE, BENCH AT AURANGABAD CIVIL APPLICATION STAMP NO.12549 OF 2010 IN WRIT PETITION STAMP NO.1775 OF 2010 Gangadhar s/o Shivlingappa Kore ... APPLICANT VERSUS The State of Maharashtra & ors. ... RESPONDENTS Shri J.M. Murkute, Advocate for petitioner Mrs. A.V. Gondhalekar, A.G.P. for State ..... ..... CORAM: P.V. HARDAS & N.D. DESHPANDE, JJ. DATED: 25th June, 2010 PER COURT :
1. Since we have condoned the delay in filing this application, we direct the registry to register this application. Though this application is not on board, this application is heard at the request of learned counsel for the applicant. Since the writ petition came to be dismissed for failure of the petitioner to remove the office objections and since no notice had been issued to the respondents, we do not consider it necessary to issue any notice to the respondents. We accordingly recall that part of the order dated 2/2/2010, by which the dismissal of the petition was ordered for failure to remove the office objections. This Writ Petition, therefore, is restored to file on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today. (N.D. DESHPANDE, J.) (P.V. HARDAS, J.) fmp/ca8816.10
