The learned AGP submits that the petitioners have been enrolled as Members of the Society. The said communication along with its annexure is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2) The learned counsel Shri. Gorde Patil appearing for the petitioners submits that in the light of the communication placed on record, his grievance is met. The counsel for the petitioners prays for disposal of the writ petitions in view of the communication placed on record. 3) Writ Petition Nos.3517 of 2008 and 3518 Of 2008 are accordingly disposed of.
