Judgment

After arguing for some time Shri S.B. Joshi, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit a representation to the respondents for relief of repatriation of the petitioner back to Ahmednagar as Assistant Commissioner of Fisheries. We accordingly dismiss this petition as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for and further direct the respondents that in the event a representation/application is submitted by the petitioner, the same be decided in accordance with law within a period of three months and decision thereon be communicated to the petitioner.
