This is an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration Act seeking appointment of the Arbitrator. Clause 16 of the Arbitration provides the appointment of an Arbitrator by each of the disputing parties. The applicant has suggested the name of Shri Ram H.Daryani, Nanki- Hari Apartments, 12, Clarke Town, Nagpur 400 004 as its Arbitrator. Learned Counsel for the respondent has suggested the name of Shri K.H. Khadke, retired Deputy Engineer, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, Ganeshwadi, Jalgaon, Taluka and District Jalgaon to be its Arbitrator.
