P.C. : The Central Government Industrial Tribunal has in a pending application under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 declined to pass an interim order of deposit. There is no reason for this Court to interfere with a purely interlocutory order. The Petition is dismissed. However, consistent with the directions that have been issued by the Tribunal for expeditious hearing, the parties shall appear before the Tribunal on 7th March, 2005 for directions for early disposal of the application.
