These two Appeals have been preferred for challenging an order passed on application for grant of Succession Certificate under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
In view of the decision of this Court in the case of V.R. Mali & Ors. V/s. Smt. Laxmi Ganpati Mali & Ors. (AIR) 2006 Bombay 298, the Appeal is maintainable before the appropriate District Court.
