The respondent no.3 has filed affidavit today and clarified that it is willing to offer tenement no.413 of "A" Wing of the rehabilitation building as was communicated to the petitioner vide letter dated 1/5/2005. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would take possession of the said tenement no.413 on 18/6/2007 and this would be without prejudice to his rights related to monetary :2: compensation etc. . Nothing further survives, therefore, in the petition and the same is disposed off by noting down the offer made by the respondent no.3 and the petitioner’s willingness to take possession of tenement no.413 by acknowledging the possession receipt.
