After hearing parties time, learned Counsel Respondent No.1 - Shri. Sawant, Senior Counsel fairly conceded that the original :2: petition should Civi Appellate Side Article 227 Constituion India whereas appears erroneously Original Side mentioning Article 226 227 Constitution India. In thereof impugned 19th December, 2005 passed learned Single Judge stands aside. However, Writ Petition Respondent No.1 Original Side stands transferred Civil Appellate Side placed before appropriate Bench admission. The Appellate office directed a number petition, transferred Civil Appellate Side. Respondent No.1 liberty to carry out the consequential amendments in view of the above order.
