Heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner & Ms. Nimbalkar, learned AGP appearing for the Respondent – State.
The impugned order in the present Writ Petition is the order dated 24.11.2023 passed by the Collector, Pune, by which the directions were given to close establishment of the Petitioner till further orders. The said order is admittedly challenged by filing an Appeal under Section 13(22g of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 before the Commissioner of State Excise, State of Maharashtra, Mumbai. 1 of 2
