This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased petitioner no.2 on record with a prayer for condonation of delay of 5 years, 1 month and 29 days in filing the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the application is condoned. Accordingly, I pass the following order :-
(i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).
