At the request of Mr. Kocharekar, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. The applicant is at liberty to surrender before the trial Court i.e. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Devrukh, District Ratnagiri on 24th January 2012. The applicant may also present application for regular bail before 2 ABA : 973/2011 the trial Court. The application for bail if presented shall be considered expeditiously and in accordance with law by the trial Court.

Mr. Shaikh, the learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr. D.R. Shinde, Police Inspector, C.I.D., Crime Branch, Pune states that the applicant will not be arrested till 11 am. on 24th January 2012. Parties to act as per authenticated copy of this order. (SMT. R.P. SondurBaldota, J)
